Help with Registration 7:00 am to 9:00 am
Help with set up of event between 6:00 am to 9:00 am for Pre-Run event set up to get everything started.
7:00 am - 9:30 am Assist with parking duties before event to help with the safety of all participants. Adults required, teens can partner with adults. Safety vest and autism puzzle batons are provided for all parking team volunteers to use.
Volunteers to assist during the event with passing out water to participants. Popsicles and other duties may be included with this job.
Post run event take down and clean up. Free pizza and/or other snacks are usually provided for those who stick around during this time to help put in the work to clean up the park after all the fun.
For Bearded Villains and family sign up as volunteers. The Beard • Charity • Family • Respect • Loyalty • Let’s do what we do to serve our community, make an impact and have fun while doing it. Bearded Villains family willing to do anything and everything needed to make this happen for our autism community.
This is where the most fun happens. You will help make the event what it is. You get to bring joy to all our participants as they get colored up with all the different color powder colors along the run route. Volunteers are asked to to throw color powder into the faces of participants, only on the shirt or in the air above them. There will be a volunteer training before the event to cover more.
You are willing and able to volunteer in any aspect of the event that may be needed. And we thank you very much. If you can help outside of the duties and times listed here, then please complete the volunteer registration and then reach out to Brad at 662-415-0919, text or leave a message.
Be partnered up with one of our autism runners to help them have the most fun they can during the event.
Volunteer/Award Medals Team will volunteer with set up, registration or other areas needed before and after run as able. during run the team will cover color stations to toss color. Post run team will assist with presentation of award medals to our autism participants.

Noon to 2:00pm on Friday April 26 we will be doing setup for packet pickup and the music in the park event taking place on Friday from 2-7pm
We will need assistance at our registration area for packet pickup for the public from 2-7pm. Checking participants in, packing swag bags to be handed out and other things related to registration
