Distribute bibs, shirts, timing chips, other materials, and information to participants. Assist participants register for those that haven't done so already
1. Some prep can be done prior to race day. 2. Assist is getting food/beverages delivered to covered shelter at Sandy Beach, 7/26. 3. Assist with setting out food/beverages, and restocking throughout the event. 7/26 starting at 9 a.m. 4. Cleanup. You will be contacted to set up desired job dutie(s)/time. Thank you.
Packet pickup for racers that did not collect at NAO on 7/25, and for day of race registrations. Registrations end 10 minutes prior to each event start. 7 a.m. marathon start 8 a.m. half marathon start
Assignments include assisting Sportstats staff, collecting timing chips, distributing finishers medals to racers, and monitoring the finish line station needs. The Finish Line Coordinator will contact you with shift time.

Pick up trash around the aid station. Cheer athletes on. Collect personal items from athletes no longer needed and/or left behind. Communicate with race officials any distress or emergency needs etc. This aid station is limited to members of HS running teams and their parents/guardians.
