Checking in participants Day Of by searching their name using a computer or cellphone. Computers will be provided for use, if you choose to check people in via cellphone you must use your own device and have the ability to download the event app. (Tayah will also help with check-in) 3-5 Volunteers Needed
Handing out apparel day of. All apparel was pre-ordered. (1-2 volunteers needed) - No switching sizes
The YMCA van will be parked out front with empy boxes in the back. Please have participants drop their donations near the van in the empty boxes. You will be in charge of organizing by category (feminine products, hygene, pet, etc.) Once trot has started please close the van doors and set keys behind the Welcome Desk. Taking and organizing all donations in the loading dock. Organize by "human food" and "pet friendly". All food will be placed into the Y va (1-2 volunteers needed)
Pies will be stored in our van out front. They tell you their name(s), check them off the list and hand them a pie! All pies must be claimed by 7:50 AM. Any unclaimed pies will be given away on a first come first serve basis after the trot. 1-2 volunteers needed
