Oversees timing
Direct walkers/Runners along course. We will provide cowbells, pom-poms & staff badges. Wear a bright yellow shirt if you have one. Cheer and direct!
Keep records of funds in and out. Disburse profits according to our listed plan and percentages.
Start the course after all others have started and make sure to stay in the back the whole time. You will "sweep" the course to make sure all are off safely.
Assist the Munchkin Coordinator with planning and implementation of the Munchkin Dash.
Oversee the Munchkin Dash - let staff know what you need, your plans etc. Coordinate with Munchkin manpower ( your volunteers!) and hold the Dash prior to regular race.
People willing to hang posters, reach out to businesses, friends etc and obtain sponsorships. Work with Sponsor coordinator.
Oversee all volunteers who are reaching out to sponsors and coordinate.
Log time/bib numbers as they come across finish line. Need 1 for walkers and 1 for runners
Pre-Race: Set up Cones Race: Drive around to offer support/rides to anyone that needs it and also take photographer around. Post Race: Pick up supplies from water station
Hand out woodals as participants come across the finish line
Pre Race music, announcing starts, finishes and winners
Oversee water stop. Set up table, provide water, clean up cups and prep for pick up after race. Table, water, cups, chairs, garbage bag and music will be provided.
Will assign places & walkie Talkies to route volunteers. Make sure cones and signage is in place
Arrive at 8 AM to set up table - need volunteers for pre-registrations and day-of registrations. Need 1 person to enter in day of registrations
Ride in the support truck and take photos along route
Take photos of the start & Finish lines - upload to FB site.
Sell SB items as well as raffle tix and hand out donuts
