Lay Out the course the night before

Meet us at the Performance Pavilion at 5:00pm the night before the race to lay out the course signage! It will take approximately 2 hours: 5:00-7:00pm

Course Marshals

We need about 20 volunteers to be course marshals! Your job is to stand strategically at different parts of the course during the race and cheer on the runners/walkers and point them to the right direction. Best to be stationed with a couple friends together! The race will start right at 8:00am and everyone should have gotten done with the 5K by about 9:00am. * We will communicate through Whatsapp for communication purposes on the week of and especially the day of the event.

Registration Table / T-Shirt management / Snack Preparation

Arrive early (6:30am) to help set up the 5K registration, T-Shirt distribution and Snacks!
