Registration Volunteers
Help participants check in, provide race packets, and distribute event materials.
Course Marshals
Stationed along the route to guide participants, monitor for safety, and offer encouragement. Help keep participants on course and prevent any confusion.
Finish Line Help
Set up and manage the start and finish areas. Distribute medals or ribbons to finishers and manage the crowd around these areas.
Timing and Scoring Assistants
Help with timing the race and recording participants' finishing times.
Parking Attendants
Direct participants and spectators to designated parking areas. Ensure smooth traffic flow and prevent congestion in parking areas.
Set-Up and Tear-Down Crew
Help set up tents, tables, chairs, signs, and other equipment before the event. Assist with tearing down and packing up all materials after the event.
Photography/Videography Volunteers
Capture moments throughout the event, including participant photos and finish line shots. Assist with event coverage for marketing and social media use.
