BCC Turkey Trot Job Details

Day of Registration Table

5K Arroyo Drive Attendant

The race course will take a jog off of Oakhaven down Arroyo Drive to get our full 3.1 miles in, and we need someone to stand at this corner to help direct racers.

Finish Line Timer

Record 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for both boys and girls during our Fun Run and 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for both men and women during our Turkey Trot 5K.

5K Course Water Station

Hydrate and motivate our runners by providing them with water and encouragement! (Water bottles will be provided by BCC. Please plan on providing your own table, chairs and trashcan.)

Prerace Cone Placement

Help keep runners safe and on track by marking the course with cones.

Fun Run Parking Lot Attendant

Help keep participants safe by blocking off the entrance to Willow Run Road in front of our club during our Fun Run and communicating with traffic the temporary closure (will be closed between 8 - 8:20 a.m.)

Fun Run Turn Attendant

Help keep our runners safe and on track by standing at the end of Willow Run Road and Brookfield Club Drive, keeping traffic stopped during the Fun Run and directing runners to the right after leaving Willow Run Road and back up Willow Run Road after making their way to to the cul-de-sac.
